As each chain is made to order, it may take up to 7 days for us to cut, sand, finish, package and ship your items. Good things are worth waiting for :)
Returns
In an effort to minimize wasteful shipping, we ask that all customers measure themselves to ensure the correct length is ordered the first time. If you have any questions before purchasing an item, please don’t hesitate to reach out on social, or through the “Contact” button below. We’re a small business and we want to ensure you love the chain you wear.
If you are unsatisfied with any of our products for any reason (other than length) we offer a 2-week return or exchange policy. To start a return, please contact us below. We believe the cost of return shipping should be the consumer’s responsibility. Because of this, Woodgrain Chains will pay to plant the trees necessary to offset return shipping instead. A full refund or exchange will be awarded when the item is returned.
